Will changing the puck an hour earlier or later affect the effectiveness of contraception?
I always put on and took off my contraceptive ring at 9 a.m. This time I'll be on the road at this time, can I put the puck on an hour earlier or later? 8 or 10?

To @Anonimowa: You can go back to 9 o'clock. The time in this case does not matter, it is important to apply the puck on a given day.
So will I have to wear the puck at 8 or 10 every time, or can I go back to 9?

You can put the puck on an hour earlier or later than the set replacement time. This will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
