Does the Controly blood pressure monitor underestimate the blood pressure measurement?
The controly 07 blood pressure monitor shows the systolic pressure 104, and on another blood pressure monitor 121, I wonder if the controls are not underestimated. I met with such an opinion that it shows lower parameters than other measuring devices.

I agree with this opinion. I also have this blood pressure monitor and only now I noticed with the holter connected that the difference is about 21, so the controly blood pressure monitor underestimates by this value.

Blood pressure monitors available on the Polish market must meet the requirements described in Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Each manufactured blood pressure monitor has its own measurement limits. On the leaflet attached to the blood pressure monitor, you can check the measurement error limits for the Controly O7 blood pressure monitor as well as for the second blood pressure monitor. Perhaps the results obtained are within the limits of measurement errors. When reading and interpreting the result of blood pressure measurement, the method of measurement is also important, such as lack of movement.
