I am 74 years old. 4 days ago I had my gallbladder removed. After being discharged home, I was prescribed Nimesil as a painkiller and anticoagulant injections. In the leaflet I read that you should not use Nimesil with anticoagulants. I do not really know whether to take or not to take this drug . Can it be replaced by some other ,that has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and does not interfere with injections.
