Good morning, is there a possibility that due to dehydration, vaginal discharge takes on a yellow color? I regularly have a gynecological examination and any infections are ruled out. I do not know what to do anymore because despite the lack of other symptoms, the secretion still remains changed, I also regularly take lactovaginal, trivagin and feminum gels.

Normal vaginal discharge is (depending on the stage of the menstrual cycle): milky, creamy, transparent or yellowish. It is characterized by a neutral odor and uniformity (e.g. no lumps). If infections have been ruled out and you do not feel any symptoms, I think it can be assumed that there are no deviations from the norm.
