Can I take something extra for sleep and sedation, e.g. melatonin, if I take Bioxetin and Pramolan?

Good morning, I take 20 mg of bioxetin in the morning and 50 mg of pramolan in the evening, only I can not fall asleep. If I succeed, I wake up several times. In addition, every morning after waking up he vomits and around 5 pm. Can I take something extra for sleep and calming, e.g. melatonin?
