What should I do if I forgot to take Estrofem on the first day of the cycle?
I was recommended to use in 1-14 d.c. Estrofem 2x1 tabl., 16-25 d.c. Duphaston 2x1 tabl. (due to the lack of menstruation). Yesterday my menstruation began, but I forgot about Estrofem and remembered only today around 15:00. How do I start taking it now?
