Will a home HIV test be reliable 73 days after intercourse?

Good morning. Will an HIV test after 73 days from the moment of home intercourse By me be reliable? So far, I have had no symptoms. Since yesterday I have a pain in the knot on the left side of the jaw and it is bigger or it is due to frequent checking. I don't have a temperature. It also hurts in my right groin from time to time, I do not feel the knots enlarged, but it has been for a long time. No fever. Today diarrhea joined. I read a lot about HIV. I have concerns because of my partner.

The HIV test is best done in a medical facility - in Warsaw you can do a free test at the clinic at Chmielna Street. The test should be performed at the earliest 2 weeks after the risky event and 6 weeks after the result (in the meantime, the result may be falsely negative). The first phase of HIV infection usually develops after 2-4 weeks in the form of acute retroviral disease - the symptoms are quite nonspecific m.in. enlarged lymph nodes, fever, rash, vomiting, diarrhea.
