What can I use for wet cough with chickenpox?

Hello. The daughter of 7 years has been suffering from smallpox for several days and today she got a wet cough. The drugs I take are hascovir 2x5ml, neosine 2x6ml, pustules washed with octaseptal and before that I lubricated with liquid powder. So what can I use for a wet cough? Inhalation?
