I am hypersensitive to antihistamines - instead of calming me down, they make me terribly fearful - I react to every stimulus with terror and panic. The same reaction occurred after Thiocodin (cough medicine), which has no antihistamine effect. What was the reason for this? In addition, I got a referral for a prolactin test with metoclopramide, and I read that this drug also acts directly on the nervous system. Can I experience a hypersensitivity reaction, as with antihistamines?

Metoclopramide belongs to a different group of drugs than antihistamines or the aforementioned Thiocodin. It is impossible to predict what the body's reaction will be after taking this drug, but the fact that the drug acts on the nervous system does not directly translate into the risk of an allergic reaction.
