Referral to a specialist clinic, in this case an ENT clinic, is valid until the cause from which it was issued ceases to exist. The specialist at the first visit should determine whether it is necessary to cover the patient with permanent treatment or only a one-time visit. Unfortunately, I do not know if you require laryngological treatment for a completely different reason than a year ago. If so, then it is necessary to obtain a new referral.
