Can I take two capsules of Polpril 5 mg instead of one at a dose of 10 mg?

Good morning I pytanko whether I can take polpril 5mg 2tablets instead of one 10mg because after 10mg my stomach hurts and I can not defecate and after two 5mg is all oki for this I take betaloc zok once and 3 times iporel a day I mean this polpril or 10mg I can replace 5mg two capsules
