Can there be nosebleeds after Octeangin?

Is it normal that a few hours after using octeangin - my nose during snot suddenly shoots out blood? Is this a side effect? Or a side effect of another side effect? :|

It is unlikely that such an effect appeared after Octeangin. It has a local effect, moreover, nosebleeds are not indicated among the side effects. It is possible that nosebleeds are caused by irritation of the mucosa in the course of infection. To avoid nosebleeds, you can use nasal ointments with a caring and lubricating effect, e.g. Emofix: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26982/emofix-masc/apteki Emofix ointment can be ordered with home delivery or booked at a pharmacy through GdziePoLek.

I also started bleeding heavily from my nose after taking octeangin.
I'd rather struggle with a sore throat, which still hurts anyway, than add bleeding to it

The pressure rose a lot,at night I could not fall asleep and blood clots from the sinus appeared,so we probably need to add this to the side effects

In our case, after two applications, the son snotted blood.
