Both Muifluil forte and Nebu-dose hipertonic are preparations that dilute residual secretions and facilitate its disposal. There are no special guidelines for the order in which they are administered. Due to the additional moisturizing effect of Muifluil forte, I suggest you make inhalations from it as the second.
