Is itchy blisters on the body when taking IPP 40 a cause for concern?

Hello. For 2 weeks I have been taking IPP 40 (Pantoprazolum) for duodenal ulcers. For several days I began to appear itchy bubbles on my body, which quickly disappear. Itching is bothersome, but bearable. Is it necessary to consult a doctor or just to hold it until the end of the drug? Thank you. Best regards.
