Should I take Nolpaza 40 mg on an empty stomach one hour before eating? Is it not necessarily fasting, but 1 hour before meals?

Take Nolpase exactly as written in this leaflet: gastro-resistant tablets should not be chewed or crushed. Gastro-resistant tablets should be swallowed whole with water 1 hour before meals.
