Can I drink alcohol with Malarone, Fucimar and Arechin?
Because I am going on an all inclusive holiday in Zanzibar, and I want to undergo antimalarial prophylaxis, hence the question: can malarone, fucimar or arechin be used while drinking alcohol???

Do not combine Arechin with alcohol. The drug accumulates in the liver and combining it with alcohol can further burden this organ and lead to damage. As for the drugs Malarone and Fucimar - there are no contraindications, after all, caution is advised.
