What to use instead of Roswery if there is muscle pain?

I take Indapen, Comboterol, Calperos, witD3 and Roswera.What medications can I suggest to the GP due to the increase in pressure, epigastric pain, nausea and severe muscle pain. I'm talking about drugs that are not mutually exclusive or interacting with each other. Thanks in advance.
