The use of pantothenic acid (available in the form of calcium pantothenate) is not contraindicated in case of renal disorders. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics containing fish oil and zinc, the contraindication to the use of fish oil is nephrolithiasis and zinc renal failure. If the doctor has been informed about all diseases and recommended the use of these preparations, please follow the instructions given by the specialist and consult with him any doubts. If the dermatologist has not been informed about the occurrence of urolithiasis, I suggest refraining from taking fish oil until the next consultation. With the help of wherepolek you can check the availability and price of preparations, book them at the selected pharmacy or order them home. Below are links with an exemplary preparation containing calcium panthetonate: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/14718/calcium-pantothenicum-tabletki/apteki If there is a need to consult a doctor, I enclose information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
