Do not use Groprinosin Forte on a child taking Verospiron without talking to your paediatrician. Administration of inosine (the active ingredient in Groprinosin) together with diuretics (which includes, for example, Verospirone) is not advisable. What's more, according to available research, inosine does not shorten the duration of infection (cold, flu), nor does it relieve its symptoms.
