Do I need to stop taking Sertagen and Fluxazol to take Nexpram?

Good evening, I am currently taking fluanxol and sertagen 50 mg, I have reduced it to 25 mg, do I have to stop taking these two drugs completely to take Nexpram 10 mg or just reduce Sertagen to zero for three days.

Fluxazol, Sertagen and Nexpram are prescription-only medicines and any changes in their dosage/substitution should be made as directed by your doctor.
