Is it possible to swallow omega-3 acids such as Eye Q with Cloranxen, Propranolol and Pregabalin?

I take cloraxen 5mg in the morning, propranolol wzf 10mg and pregrabaline 75mg at night. Is it possible to swallow omega 3 eye q acids with these drugs.
