Does Glucophage XR 1000 mg cause spleen pain? Can I use Zotral and Glucophage XR 1000 mg together?

For four days I have been taking half a tablet of glucophage xr 1000 mg, more or less since yesterday there was a bothersome pain in the upper left corner of the abdomen under the ribs. Are spleen pain normal with this medicine? Other stomach problems after taking the drug do not occur. In addition, I take 100 mg every day, can it have a relationship? Thank you for your help.
