Because each of the pharmacies is a separate facility and has different inventory. You can call a nearby pharmacy and ask about the possibility of bringing the drug from the pharmacy in Wrocław to the pharmacy in Legnica, some of the networks have such possibilities of "moving" the drug from facility to facility.
