What to do with the appearing papules in Vivomixx drops?

I have a problem with the dosage of vivomix in baby drops. I do not know what consistency it should be, but it has small lumps in it and does not want to pass through a droplet meter. Squeezing one drop borders on a miracle.

How to prepare and use Vivomixx drops should be done as follows: "To prepare the suspension before the first use, you need to release the bacteria from the cap: 1. Put the opening ring on the cap; 2. turn it all the way clockwise; 3. tap the cap so that all the powder goes into the oil; 4. unscrew the cap and check that the powder is completely in the bottle; 5. replace the cap with the dropper provided in the package, shake several times until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.' Lumps may cause an insufficiently shaken suspension, please repeat the shaking step and repeat it before each drop.
