The use of loratadine and hydroxyzine together may cause, m.in excessive sleepiness, difficulty concentrating, prolonged reaction time. The time interval between medications reduces the risk of unwanted symptoms. In this case, you can use Hydroxyzine overnight if necessary. However, remember not to drive while taking these medicines. Loratadine and Hydroxyzine can be taken with Duomox, there were no significant interactions between the drugs.
