To @Zuza: The drug has not been withdrawn - I received information from the manufacturer that there were temporary problems with availability, but the next deliveries of the drug are planned for the second half of November this year.

Well, I guess it was withdrawn, because it is not in any pharmacy. It's a pity, because it was the only thing that worked:(
