In Poland, drugs with oxaliplatin are available only in inpatient care (Lz), i.e. in hospitals and sanatoriums, to be used only under the constant supervision of a specialist. Drugs with Lz status are not sold to patients in pharmacies. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/oksaliplatyna
