Until the next visit to the doctor I will run out of Trittico packaging (I take from 4 months). If I do not take for a week or more, can any negative effects show?

To @Justin: These symptoms may be associated with the combination of the drugs Faxolet and Poltram. These drugs should not be combined with each other, as this can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which may lead to serious disorders known as serotonin syndrome. Therefore, if during therapy you observe, m.in. vomiting, headaches and dizziness, fever, convulsions, high blood pressure - you should consult a doctor as soon as possible. Trittico and Faxolet taken together may increase the risk of arrhythmias, which may be a symptom of increased feelings of anxiety. Therefore, in my opinion, you should consult a doctor to select the appropriate doses of the drug. Usually, the first effects of treatment are observed after about 2 weeks.

To @comter: I encourage you to read the material that I have already linked to you - you will find there all the answers to the question of what a pharmaceutical prescription is and when you can get it: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/kiedy-farmaceuta-moze-wypisac-recepte If you constantly buy medicines, including Trittico, in one pharmacy, it may be a good idea to go there. At the same time, such a prescription is a pharmacist's right, but not an obligation, so I cannot guarantee that you will receive it.

And what is a pharmaceutical prescription? Will I get it at the pharmacy where I buy medicines?

If the therapy has been ordered permanently until the check-up, then its interruption is not beneficial. At the end of treatment with trazodone, it is recommended to gradually reduce the dose until complete discontinuation of the drug to minimize the occurrence of withdrawal symptoms in the form of nausea, headache and malaise. Such ailments may also occur if you do not take the medicine due to lack of adequate supplies. Therefore, I suggest you use a teleconsultation or ask for a pharmaceutical prescription to secure treatment until you visit a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/kiedy-farmaceuta-moze-wypisac-recepte
