According to the manufacturer: "To minimize the occurrence of possible gastrointestinal intolerance and optimize the absorption of amoxicillin with clavulanic acid, Taromentin should be taken at the beginning of a meal." You can, for example, suspend the medicine in a small amount of milk, give it and then continue feeding milk.
