To @Anoniimmka:
I understand your concerns about discontinuing Ranofren and switching to Ketrel.
Always consult a psychiatrist or doctor about taking psychotropic medications such as Ranofren (olanzapine) and Ketrel (quetiapine), or changing the dosage or switching of medications. These drugs affect your brain chemistry and it is not recommended to change your intake on your own. Any modifications in therapy should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail:

You should also not discontinue psychiatric medication on your own or change the dosage without consulting your doctor. Such action can be dangerous and hinder the treatment process.
It is best to contact the doctor who prescribed Ketrel and explain your concerns. Your doctor may decide to change your dose, switch to a different medication, or slow down the withdrawal process to minimize side effects.
The process of weaning and switching to a new drug requires patience. Side effects such as nervousness or sleep disturbances are sometimes unavoidable, but they should go away after a few weeks as the body adjusts to the new medication.
Welcome. I took Ranofren 5mg half a tablet for 17 months. The psychiatrist recommended ketrel 25mg for withdrawal. I've been taking it since Wednesday night one pill. I don't feel good after it. I'm nervous in the morning, today I went to bed during the day. It was an intermittent sleep, I felt bad. I thought he was going crazy. Should I take Ketrel every other day or can I stop taking it today and take Ranofren instead to feel better?
I am able to withstand if I take the APAP pill but the headaches are daily

Ketrel should not be discontinued overnight. It is true that in your case the use of the drug is less than 2 weeks, after all, I would rather start to stop gradually, e.g. use every other day for a week and only then discontinue. Of course, if you are not able to stand with the symptoms. Link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Side effects that you describe are often reported by patients. They often pass after a few weeks. This does not have to be one rule, so please report it yourself or to your doctor. More on this topic: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
