Can dark urine be caused by taking Nimesil?
I have back problems. Every now and then the doctor changes painkillers because he feels bad. I vomit, I feel dizzy, drowsy. Over 12 days I take Nimesil because only it helps and nothing happens, but for two days my urine has become dark brown, and I have a fever of 38-40 degrees. Today I stopped taking nimesil and take dicloduo. Is this condition after side effects after taking nimesil? Is it something else? Who should I go to with this problem

The appearance of dark-colored urine while using NImesil is an indication for discontinuation of the preparation and consultation with a doctor. Dark brown urine may indicate liver damage, so in order to determine whether the cause of this symptom was Nimesil, or, for example, an ongoing infection, diagnostics and medical consultation are necessary.
