Can spotting be caused by other medicines while taking Atywia Daily?

Good morning. I have been taking contraception Atywia Daily for a year. For a week now, he has been taking daily medication Dicloduo combi, cartexan and mydocalm. Today there was spotting a week before the planned period. Is it related to the medications you take?

Intracyclic spotting is unlikely to be related to newly prescribed medications. Attention should be paid here to omeprazole, which is a component of the drug Dicloduo Combi and is responsible for protecting the gastric mucosa when using the second component of this drug, i.e. diclofenac. Omeprazole theoretically has the ability to affect the metabolism of ethinyl estradiol, one of the components of Atywia Daily, which may contribute to changes in the concentration of this hormone.
