Good morning I use Transtec 35 pain patches. For some time, the place of action of the drug is reddened and itchy. Only a place with the drug. At the beginning of the use of patches this was not there. Regards Darek

I have the same thing, I have been using it since 2019, now a dose of 40 mg, 70 under the plaster, water, like itching like hell, no one can advise me to do it, and I have to take it on my spine. Maybe try Skudex tablets as a substitute
Hello, I also use these patches and I have the same side effects, I glue alternately the back, chest, do you have an answer on how to avoid these swellings, redness and itching, do you glue to any other places?
I've been taking this medication since 2019 until now, my skin is itching all the time, fluid is collecting under the patch, but I have no other choice because other medications don't work on my spine, so I have to struggle with this patch.

When using Transtec, erythema and redness at the application site are very often observed by patients. The way to reduce these ailments is to stick a new patch elsewhere on the skin. The product can only be applied to the same place after at least a week. If, despite this, itching of the skin appears, I encourage you to contact the attending physician, who will help in choosing a safe and effective pharmacotherapy. It is worth remembering that we as patients can report side effects of drugs ourselves - directly or to a doctor.
