Most likely not, at least when it comes to drugs like benzodiazepines. As I checked, for example, the drug with alprazolam is on prescription. Bulgaria is in the European Union - there may of course be differences in the category of availability of medicines compared to Polish, but I would not expect very large differences in law in this area. Ultimately, it is best to ask at the pharmacy on the spot.
