Please contact your doctor urgently. An overdose of zolpidem can cause disturbances of consciousness of varying severity (drowsiness, coma). Treatment in such cases includes: inducing vomiting (within one hour of taking the product) or gastric lavage if the patient is unconscious and administration of activated charcoal. Any overdose requires medical intervention. Cardiovascular and respiratory fitness should be monitored and symptomatic and supportive treatment instituted.
