Patients concomitantly treated with Glucophage Xr and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Trosicam included) should be cautious because of the possible risk of renal disorders. Trosicam and Glucophage XR are prescription drugs, if the prescriber knew about all the preparations used, they can be combined.
