When does Asentra improve?

Good morning! I have been taking asentre 50 mg for 8 days. I broke down a little bit because I was caught by total insomnia. Since I have been using them, I have already completely lost the night three times, I have not slept for half an hour, I had to sleep during the day, I thought that I would faint from fatigue. I've never had such a problem before, I even slept a lot. On the leaflet he writes that up to two weeks this insomnia can be a side effect. However, he is a little stressed whether this is normal, will he pass, if so, when and when to start worrying and calling his psychiatrist?
