What should I do if I forget to take a dose of Normeg?

Hello. I am ill with tonic-clonic epilepsy, I take Normeg medication at practically a fixed time. Yesterday (Tuesday) I forgot to take one pill before going to bed and today at the reminder I noticed that yesterday I did not take the drug. I didn't call the neurologist because it's late. I took one pill today at 21 or nothing will happen to me? I have been taking these drugs for 4/5 years.
