Will I buy Colimune sachets in pharmacies?

I am looking for a drug Colimune sachets 200 mg possibly a replacement in Poland until recently available drug in Germany today unfortunately it is missing can someone help me.

There are no preparations with cromoglycic acid for oral use in Poland. The drug does not have substitutes with a similar effect. The only solution is to consult a doctor. Until the visit, oral antiallergic drugs available without a prescription can be used.
