Cirrus Duo can be combined with Paracetamol. The active substances in Cirrus Duo are cetirizine and pseudoephedrine. Pseudoephedrine is also one of the components of Ibuprom sinus. Due to the presence of this substance in both preparations and the associated risk of overdose and the severity of side effects, they are not combined together.
