Do not use both medicines at the same time. The drug Diclovit is a complex drug that in its composition, in addition to B vitamins, also contains diclofenac. Diclofenac and ibuprofen belong to the same group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This is the reason why these drugs should not be used at the same time, because such use will not increase the effectiveness of the action and may lead to an increase in side effects. If the doctor has prescribed the use of both drugs, then this should be done intermittently, i.e. 1 tablet of Diclovit and after about 8 hours you can use another tablet of Diclovit or Ibuprofen. For my part, I would like to point out that with all kinds of neuralgia, Diclovit is a better preparation. In addition to the symptomatic effect, that is, the abolition of inflammation, pain, it also has a protective effect on the nervous system thanks to the content of B vitamins. The maximum dose of Diclovit is 3 tablets a day, 1 every 8 hours. For additional pain relief, external preparations, e.g. ointments, can be used at the same time. I include a link where you can check the local painkillers available in pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/plastry-zele-i-masci-przeciwbolowe.
