Is it possible to combine Aleric Spray with Clemastinum syrup?

Hi the doctor prescribed a 4 year old pronosal in the pharmacy we got a replacement called Aleric spray can this drug be combined with clemastinum in syrup ?

You can combine Aleric Spray with Clemastinum syrup. Pronasal and its replacement Aleric Spray contain mometasone - a steroid with anti-inflammatory effects. Clemastinum is an antihistamine with antiallergic effect. The drugs have other mechanisms of action, however, both reduce nasal effusion and relieve the symptoms of a runny nose.
