Can Citaxin increase the tendency to bleed?
Does Citaxin 20 mg increase the tendency to bleed? I noticed that recently my gums began to bleed spontaneously and I wonder if it may be related to taking this drug or rather to the upcoming menstruation and hormonal fluctuations or maybe to bruxism? I will add that before taking this drug, I did not have such situations. I'm about to change this medicine to Escipram and I'm wondering if changing the medication can help a little

There are reports of abnormal bleeding when taking Citaxin, e.g. bleeding in the skin (petechiae and purpura) or nosebleeds. The observed bleeding gums may therefore be related to the use of this medicine. Therefore, changing your treatment may be helpful.
