Posela is an oral medication in the form of tablets with ivermectin. The preparation is indicated for the treatment of parasitic diseases such as cutaneous scabies, intestinal strongyloidosis (nematode) and microfilaremia in patients with lymphatic filariasis caused by Wuchereria bancrofti. The drug should be used in accordance with the current WHO guidelines. Posela is a prescription medicine. I have attached a link to track availability in pharmacies in Poland:

Ivermectin is dosed, according to the leaflet, 0.2mg per kg so the tablet is 3mg per 15kg of weight. The same dose recommended for scabies or internal parasites. For scabies treatment cycles approximately every 2 weeks, until the removal of symptoms. This is the answer for Noel from 7 months ago

For @Nela: Posela is a prescription drug, so its dosage will be selected by the doctor at the time of prescribing the drug.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
