Can Feminum gel with lactic acid cause ovarian pain?
Hello. My ovaries hurt. Nothing came out of the ultrasound and swab, I'm as healthy as a horse. The doctor suspected endometriosis, so I put on an IUD so that there was no bleeding. In fact, I do not bleed and the pain in the ovaries returns. I have been using Feminum gel with lactic acid for some time and I wonder if it is not because of this gel?

It seems impossible for Feminum intimate gel to cause ovarian pain. Feminum is applied to the outer genital area, the preparation has a simple composition and has a local effect - moisturizes and makes the skin more elastic in intimate places. The preparation does not affect the hormonal balance of the body and I also do not see a way in which the gel from the labia would get deep into the vagina and through the cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes into the ovaries.
