Metocard and Rytmonorm are medicines available with a doctor's prescription, you should follow the dosage instructions given by him. Concomitant use of the Rhythmonorm with drugs that inhibit heart rate (Metocard) may lead to an increase in side effects resulting from the inhibition of β-adrenergic receptors by Metocard and the same weak effect on these receptors by the Rhythmonorm. In order to reduce the risk of side effects, it is worth maintaining a time interval of about 2-3 hours between taking medications. However, it is also possible to intentionally administer Metocard with Rhythmonorm concomitantly to achieve the concomitant effect of the drugs, which may prove to be therapeutically beneficial. Therefore, in this case, ambiguities in dosage I would recommend to clarify with a doctor.
