Does Emanera affect the absorption of inositol? Is gastritis a contraindication to the use of inositol?

Does taking IPP (emanera) affect the absorption of inositol in any way? Is gastritis a contraindication to taking this supplement? ( In context, does it not irritate the gastric mucosa )?

There are no studies available describing the effect of esomeprazole (the active ingredient in Emanera) on the absorption of inositol. Gastritis is not a contraindication to inositol supplementation - this substance has not been shown to irritate the gastric mucosa.
