For @Czarna: The dosage method should be agreed with your doctor. If this is the doctor's recommendation, with significant D3 deficiencies, you can take 7,000 IU every other day. According to the information contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics - Solderol, 7000 IU and 30000 IU contain an amount corresponding to weekly and monthly doses of vitamin D, respectively, and the dose should be determined by a doctor. Therefore, as a rule, a dose of 30,000 U should be taken once a month. Has your doctor prescribed the use of Solderol in such a high dose every other day? If not, and such use is only your interpretation, I would suggest taking the drug according to the leaflet - once a month.
