Is it possible to use Metafen every month for about 4 days for menstrual pain?

For my menstrual pains, metafen - a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol - works great. I take it for 4 days of the period in a total of 9 pieces (1 and 2 days - 3 per day, 3 - two, 4 - one). I wonder if taking this amount every month can have negative health consequences for me? I am a healthy woman without diagnosed diseases
