There is no drug called Pathogen. As for Parogen please read on. The preparations you want to take contain Matoprolol and Paroxetine. Using both drugs at the same time can cause an excessive drop in blood pressure. If both drugs have been prescribed by the same doctor, please keep a break of at least 2-3 hours between their use. If the drugs were prescribed by two doctors independently - please consult the matter with one of them.
